Current Academic & Research Interests
Leadership and change issues within the correctional system with a particular interest
in how organizational structure and culture impact the environment for both prisoners
and staff. I enjoy teaching and learning about various research methodologies with
a strong interest in grounded theory and other qualitative methods.

I also enjoy computers, guitars, and bluegrass music.
