AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:  Corrections, policy, theory, and criminal behavior.

CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS:  Organizational behavior and work environment issues, effects and performances outcomes in criminal justice, evidence-based treatment interventions, correctional staff attitudes and behaviors, ethics, and death penalty attitudes.
