Ferris’ Digital Media and Software Engineering (DMSE) bachelor's program teaches software engineering from design to delivery. Graduates have a mastery of the entire software engineering process. The Pre-Digital Media associate degree is offered to students in Big Rapids at Ferris State University. It is ideal for students who are unsure of the specific major within the School of Digital Media that they wish to pursue as it is comprised of courses from across the program offerings in the School. This allows students to experience aspects of each degree major listed above. It is also a good choice for students who wish to complete the DAGD or DMSE degree, but wish to start on the Big Rapids campus.
