Description:
The FSU West Central Concert Band (WCCB) is currently celebrating its 14th Concert
Season. The WCCB is a symphonic concert band that plays a wide variety of musical
styles in the Fall and Winter semesters.
Membership:
The FSU West Central Concert Band is comprised of select Ferris State University
students, admitted by permission of the instructor, and it also includes adult community
members and talented young musicians from high school programs from throughout West
Central Michigan.
Rehearsals:
Mondays 7:30p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Yes! - Music 262: Concert Band.
Meets General Education requirements: Cultural Enrichment. 1 Credit, repeatable.
Scholarships:
Yes! Ability-Based Scholarships awarded based on attendance, contributions to ensemble
& number of performances.
We invite all experienced players of brass, woodwind and percussion instruments to join the WCCB.
