Faculty, Staff Awarded Ferris Foundation Exceptional Merit Grants
Three professors from the College of Arts and Sciences have received
grants to fund their proposals to help advance Ferris State University's
goals of engagement and learning.
Ferris Student Awarded Fulbright Scholarship to Teach in South Korea
Danielle Voorhies, Spring 2013 CAS graduate in Political Science, has been
awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to teach English in South Korea.
Quist Named as Recipient of the Academic Scholar Award
Robert Quist, assistant professor of Humanities, was named winner
of the 2013 Academic Scholar Award.
Ding Awarded Fulbright Scholarship to Teach in Hungary
Daniel Ding, professor of English, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship
to teach at the University of Debrecen in Hungary during the fall semester.
Ferris Professors Featured on List of Top 25 Women Professors in Michigan
Kim Colvert, professor of Chemistry, and Nell Hill, adjunct instructor of French,
were featured on the Top 25 Women Professors in Michigan listing.
