The Department of Biological Sciences at Ferris State University is composed of 19 tenure-line faculty, several visiting faculty, and serves approximately 500 majors. The Department also employs several full-time technical staff including a full-time Biology advisor, two laboratory technicians, and a greenhouse manager, as well as several student assistants. The Department office and faculty offices are housed on the second floor of the Arts and Sciences Building (ASC 2004) whereas many of our courses are taught in the Science Building.
