Board Policies:

Sec. 10-701. Authorization to the President to Issue Executive Memoranda.
Upon a determination by the President that the efficient and effective administration of the University system so warrants, the President is authorized to issue one or more executive memoranda transferring particular FSU--Grand Rapids campus-related aspects of the administrative authority, duties and responsibilities currently exercised system-wide by the University Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance, External Affairs, Student Affairs, and University Advancement and Marketing (subject to the authority of the President and applicable limitations imposed by the Board through these Board-approved policies and otherwise), to the Vice Chancellors for FSU--Grand Rapids (subject to the authority of the President and applicable limitations imposed by the Board through these Board-approved policies and otherwise).

Sec. 10-702. Board to Receive Copies of Executive Memoranda.
The President shall provide the Board of Trustees with a copy of each executive memorandum issued pursuant to Sec. 10-701, at the time that it is issued.
