What we do:
We provide management and support services for many aspects of Ferris State University's
facilities and construction projects. We work on projects of all shapes and sizes,
with University personnel, as well as with outside design and construction professionals.

- Capital Project Policy and Procedures
- Download and complete the Project Request form. This form will initiate the project
process; it provides our department with the information we need about what work you
would like to have completed.
