STS Store

Student Technology Services (STS) is an organization dedicated to assisting Ferris students with their technology needs to enhance their academic experience.  We also act as a student advocate for technology initiatives on campus.

We: 

  • assist students in residence halls getting connected to the network
  • sell hardware accessories students often need via our online store
  • have a range of software for sale at very good discounts on our online store
  • provide repair services for student personally-owned computers
  • are a Dell authorized repair shop
  • manage student email services
  • manage student printing services in the residence halls and campus apartments

 

We are part of the Telecommunication Techology Services department of ITS.  Our offices are in the Rankin Center Room 108 (above the Barnes and Noble Bookstore).  If you have any other questions, feel free to contact Jim Maat, Director of Telecommunications.
