Lee came to the ITS in fall 2005 as a part-time Computer Technician. His position became full-time in March 2007. He is a member of the Second Level Support team. Lee’s accomplishments and goals include assisting with testing of ZENworks 10 and designing and developing the Home CD website/download service. He has participated on VOIP committee, had a primary role on Crystal Reports Server, and is currently leading a project to test out VDI on campus. Lee continues to build customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by providing "knock your socks off" service. He has received two ITS employee recognition awards.
