Nate is the coordinator for
First Level Support. Prior to joining the TAC in July 2012, he gained experience
as a Customer Support Specialist, Systems Engineer for a Windows desktop environment,
and was part of a team that implemented a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Nate
is knowledgeable in Active Directory (AD), which makes him a valuable asset for ITS
as Ferris migrates from Novell to AD.
