Title: Computer Technician

Background Information:
Andy's responsibilities include providing assistance and service for student technology. Andy designs and develops the Getting Connected booklet for incoming freshmen each year. Andy is the primary support technician for Telecom, dining Services, and Housing. He is responsible for billing students for services, hardware, and software. He is also the primary Dell warranty technician for personally owned computers. Andy is the administrator for both the Ferris Mail system and the Equitrac Printing system.
