Quentin Kramer is part of a three-person, technical specialists team responsible for providing engineering, installation and maintenance services for the University’s Nortel telephone switch; fiber optic, twisted pair, and coaxial distribution systems; data communications network; and voice mail systems. He is well-versed in all aspects of telephony, including switching, distribution, customer premise equipment, and standards. Additionally, the team coordinates the implementation of telecommunications services for construction projects. Quentin’s specialties include telephone switching, distribution systems, project management, special needs consulting, and standards.
