Title: Computer Technician
Curtis began his employment in the ITS department in August 1998 as a Computer Technician.
He has been a team member of Team Beta since the summer of 2004. Curtis has provided
valuable input participating with the BSC and in a deployment team. He has researched
and improved his knowledge of the Ghost Server and use of the Ghost Console for ghosting
classroom labs. He has continually improved the e-HSARF system and helped his customers
understand and use the process for purchasing computer related equipment. Curtis is
also Dell certified for Warranty Part Replacement.
