Tim joined the TAC in May 2011. He has an extensive background in computer hardware/software support, including the creation and deployment of images to labs and classrooms. Tim assisted with the development of the new process used for the Presidential Computer Replacement (PCR) initiative. He is well versed in utilizing remote support tools to resolve customer issues in a  timely and efficient manner.
