Enterprise & Applications Services

Information Technology Services recently combined the departments of Applications Technology Services with Enterprise Technology Services to move support staff closer together in an effort to improve efficiencies and services. This new department is Enterprise & Applications Services (EAS).

We:

• Host the enterprise Windows and Linux-based servers (Dell, virtual, and Solaris)  
• Manage authentication services (Novell, Active Directory, and Linux LDAP)
• Support University Oracle and SQL databases
• Support enterprise applications (MyFSU, Banner, FerrisConnect, and the list goes on!)
• Use reporting tools to create custom reports
