Hiring Approval Forms (HAFs) within the Division of Academic Affairs will be effective one calendar year from the date of approval by the President. If the position identified on a HAF is not filled within that calendar year, a new HAF must be completed. Exceptions will be considered through written requests to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
