Learn how economics, language, culture, history, and politics effects broad educational policy as well as day to day instructions in the classroom. Through conversations with peers and mentors in Scotland and exploration of Glasgow, students will be able to compare the systems in the United States and Michigan to those of Scotland.
Academic Program
6 to 9 Credits in Education - EDUC 490
Students must be in good academic and judicial standing (2.0) GPA, along with successful application and faculty approval.
Cost
Estimated program fee of $2,350. Program Fee Includes: in-country transportation, lodging, admissions fee, tour & insurance. Program Fee Does Not Include: $100 application fee, Ferris tuition, required textbooks, passport, airfare & personal expenses.
Estimated Total Cost: $5700
Living Arrangements
Program participants will reside in residence halls or hotels.
