Gain first-hand knowledge of German and Austrian history and culture by visiting three major cities: Munich, Vienna, and Berlin. Visit castles and concentration camps, museums and monuments, and learn about the central roll that they play in German and Austrian identity. By doing so, we will begin to understand two of the most influential countries in European culture, both historically and today.

No prior German is required for these courses
Students will be chosen who have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 and are approved by the Study Abroad program and professor via interviews.
Estimated program fee of $3000. Program Fee Includes: airfare, lodging, admissions fees, insurance, group meals & in-country transportation.
Program Fee Not included: Ferris tuition, required text books, optional excursions, passport, most meals,
and personal expenses.
Estimated Total Cost: $5200
Program participants will reside in hotels or youth hostels.
