If you miss orientation, you will be charged an additional $85 USD orientation fee to cover costs of providing a make-up orientation session for you.

Residence Halls are open at 8am and you may start moving in once you receive your room assignment and pay $200.00 deposit. Shuttles will be available to assist you with moving luggage from Quality Inn to your residence hall or apartment (Big Rapids area only). Ferris ID and Housing Deposit – You must have a Ferris ID, sign the housing contract, and pay $200.00 before you can receive a housing assignment. |
Shuttles pick up at Quality Inn starting at 8am and run all day. |

| 2:30 pm | Academic Success at Ferris! (Mandatory) Groups will find and learn about important offices and resources on campus to help them succeed. This is a “scavenger hunt” where groups will walk around campus finding offices and campus icons. Individuals who complete the hunt will be entered into a drawing for gifts cards and other prizes! |
