A posting/meeting notice is required whenever the Board meets in public session.

Regular meetings of the Board require public notice 10 days in advance of the meeting - a copy of which is due in AOIS in the same timeframe.

At a minimum, the posting/meeting notice must contain:

• The Academy's name, address, and telephone number
• The time, date, and place of the meeting
• Type of Meeting (regular)
• The ADA disclaimer
