Board Meeting - Canceled Notification

The Cancellation Notice should be submitted to AOIS as soon as it is known that a scheduled Board meeting will not be held.

The Notice should include the reason for the cancellation (e.g., lack of quorum, inclement weather, etc.).

A Cancellation Notice can be combined with a rescheduled meeting posting - call the Compliance Auditor for more details at 231-591-5804.
