Part 4 Subpart 4-5 Tuition and Fees
Sec. 4-504. Special Tuition Arrangements.
The President is hereby authorized to enter into special tuition arrangements as follows:
- For all Canadian students first admitted to the University for periods beginning with
the Fall 2001 semester who are seeking either two-year or four-year degrees at Ferris
State University, through approved programs not specifically exempted from this rate
by the President, as shown below:
- Resident Tuition Rate. The resident tuition rate is applicable to Canadian students who are transferring
from Canadian two-year technical colleges that have formal articulation agreements
with FSU. Students must meet Ferris' transfer admission criteria as well as program-specific
entrance requirements.
- 150% Tuition Rate. The 150% tuition rate is applicable to undergraduate Canadian students entering two-
and four-year programs, except for exempted programs.
- Effective beginning the Summer 2004 semester, for all students enrolled full-time
in the Intensive English Program the tuition rate shall be 150% of the resident tuition
rate until the student matriculates into an academic program.
