Part 11 Subpart 11-1 Definitions Applicable Throughout the Code
Sec. 11-201. Interpretation.
- The words "hereof", "herein", and "hereunder" and words of similar import, when used
in this code, shall refer to the subpart in which used.
- The catchline headings of sections and parts of sections, and the titles of parts
and subparts, are for reference only, are not parts of this code, and shall not affect
the meaning of any provision of this code or be taken into consideration in the interpretation
of any provision of this code.
- The meanings given to terms defined in this code shall be equally applicable to the
singular and plural forms of such terms, and in the case of verbs to all forms of
the verb, unless otherwise specified.
- Pronouns of any number or gender used in this code shall be read with equal applicability
as singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context may indicate.
