SENIOR SYMPOSIUM
Following the Senior Symposium, graduates receive their Honors medallion at the graduate banquet.

Senior Sendoff

The Honors Senior Symposium is an annual event held at the end of April in the Dome Room of Rankin Center and all honors students are required to attend.

Every student who is in his or her final winter semester on campus must be an active participant in the symposium. This will be the last requirement in order to graduate as a bona fide member of the Honors Program. Any student who will graduate in December will be required to present at the Symposium held the previous April.

Description:
The Honors Program Senior Symposium is an opportunity for the graduating seniors to come together and share what they have learned with the campus community. It's a means of encouraging intellectual activity among faculty and students, and allows all of us a chance to "peek behind the scenes" and see what students have been working on in their various classes and/or what's important to them. Also, it will show the freshmen, sophomores and juniors the "evolution of a student", and will give the graduating students a chance to end their academic careers on a high note.
