B.S. Printing Management
Ferris gave me many experiences to make the transition from college to the "real world" much easier. The Printing Management program is one of the top programs in the nation, and I sincerely believe our professors could teach with the best of the best. They were constantly forcing me to apply the information that I was gathering to the real world, and urging me to think outside the box.
Some of my fondest memories concerned running on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. Representing my university while challenging myself on many different levels enhanced my character for the better, and the friends I made on my team will last a lifetime.
I was also a Resident Advisor in Carlisle Honors Hall. This racks up as one of the greatest growing and learning experiences I ever had. Not only was I an Honors student, I had the responsibility of helping Honors students make the transition to college life. My residents became my friends and they taught me so much about myself.
How a person communicates with people individually and in groups is a big factor in getting a job, and I have taken my experiences from Ferris and applied them to where I am today.
