Different degrees offered by Ferris State University carry different sets of general
education requirements, which are indicated below. General education outcomes that
are not addressed through specific course requirements (e.g. reasoning and reading
abilities) are infused across the general education curriculum and developed in a
wide variety of courses.
Note: Zero-level courses (010, etc.) do not count either as credit toward graduation or
for general education requirements.
