Instructional Technology
Faculty Center for Teaching & Learning
The Instructional Technology Staff
provide support to faculty in the use of technology
for teaching and learning. They are available to meet with instructors
in the Faculty Workroom (IRC 122) on a one-to-one basis, assisting
with the development of Web-based and digital educational
materials. Additionally, the IT staff assist with the administration of WebCT Campus-Edition.
Instructional Technology Student Assistance (ITSA)
The Center employs students to assist faculty in the conversion of Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint files, and other material for use on the Web. The ITSA
may assist with converting and preparing question databanks for use in
WebCT/FerrisConnect, scanning printed material, and preparing images for the Web.
