I went to the My Workplace Tab but couldn't find the Flex Open Enrollment 2007 link. You will need to go to the MYWORKPLACE tab and then in the Human Resources box on the right hand side of the page it has a link that says:
Flex Open Enrollment 2007
If you cannot find, let me know and I will send the link to you.
Where will I find the change of residence address form? If you are changing your permanent address, as an employee you can email Human Resources or complete a W-4 Card. You must list on the top of the W-4 card Address Change and complete all sections not just the address.
Where can I find my personnel and pay information? Log into MYFSU. Click onto the MY WORKPLACE tab. Choose one of the following options: Employee Services prior to April 1, 2006 or Employee Services after April 1, 2006. Click available options for view.
How do I request access to Banner HR or change my current access?? You must complete a data security application indicating what access is being requested. This application must be signed by your supervisor. The Data Security Application may be accessed through MyFSU. Send completed application to the HR Security Office - Michelle Balliet, PRK 150.
