Details on the Personality and Culture of the Organization:
- Can you tell me about the company’s management philosophy?
- How would you describe the corporate culture?
- What is the relationship of this organization with the local community?
- What brought you to this company, and how long have you been employed
here?
- What do you wish you knew about the company before you started?
- Tell me a little about my co-workers and the people I will work with most.
- Will I have an opportunity to talk with other employees about this job and
organization?
- Was the position filled previously, and if so, why is it open now?
Specifics of the Job:
- What training would I receive if hired?
- How much responsibility will I have?
- How much freedom am I given to solve problems with my own methods?
