for your organization!

1CSH credited for 1 hour worked at the job fair.  PLUS,

1 CSH for attending one pre-job fair meeting -

Thursday, September 24, 2009, FLITE 133 from 11 AM to 12 PM

Tuesday, September 29, 2009, FLITE 135 from 11 AM to 12 PM
 

All interested participants need to complete this form by

September 23rd to help ensure that there is adequate coverage for the day of the job fair.

 

Please remember this is a professional event and you need to dress appropriately.

8 - 9 AM - Drape tables, and welcome employers, show them to the registration table/booths

9 - 11 AM - Welcome employers, show them to the registration table/booths

11 AM - 3 PM - Work at the student registration, card reader, or survey tables

3 - 4 PM - Take-down, includes remove draping, help load Career Service cars, and clean-up
